WATER
Around 60 percent of the body is made up of water,and around 70 percent of the planets surface is covered by water. In recent studies dehydration has been associated with increased fatigue, anger, and confusion and decreased vigor.
Dehydration happens if we use and lose more water than the body in take.It could lead to an imbalance in the body's electrolytes. Electrolytes, such as potassium, phosphate and sodium these helps to carry electrical signals between cells.
